Please read before booking:

All sales are final. Please note, we strongly advise to pre-register for all classes through the booking system below, or through our free app- ZENDEN Meditation. If you are looking to book a friend in, please set up a separate account for them through https://clients.mindbodyonline.com

*In the case of a cancellation, please provide at least 12 hours for the class you need to cancel through your online account https://clients.mindbodyonline.com or through our free app (Review our cancellation policies under the Contact tab)

Waitlist: Please turn notifications “on” and select “email” in your profile so you will be notified if you make it into the class. If you don’t make it in, your credit will go onto your account so you can use it for another class in the future.

Just a very friendly reminder: Since many of our clients experience ongoing medical issues, please be advised that late cancellations are something that we face quite regularly. For those who face ongoing medical issues, we recommend to hold off on booking your class far in advance, gauge how you are feeling the day of, and then make your booking closer to the class start time. Cancellations take away a spot from someone else who is also in need of healing. Thank you ahead of time for your understanding.
